What Is Delivered, and How
All Services Are Digital
Every service offered through investfirst.co.in is a digital service. That includes the paid Loan Planning Reports — the Car Loan Study and the Home Loan Structuring Study — and the free Portfolio Health Check. Each is a written analysis prepared for you and sent to you electronically.
Delivered by Email, as a PDF
Your report is delivered as a PDF document attached to an email, sent to the email address you gave when you enquired. There is no download portal to log into, no account to create, and no app to install. If the email address you gave turns out to be wrong, tell me and it will be re-sent at no charge.
Nothing Is Physically Shipped
No physical goods are sold, posted, couriered or shipped. There is no printed report, no packaging and no physical item of any kind at any stage. For that reason there is no delivery address to provide, no courier partner, no tracking number and no consignment note — none of these exist because there is nothing physical to move.
No Shipping or Delivery Charges
No shipping charge, delivery charge, handling fee or courier fee is applied — not to a paid report and not to the free health check. The fee agreed with you in writing is the entire amount payable. Nothing is added at any later point for delivery.
Delivery Timeline
Within 5 Working Days
Your report is delivered within 5 working days of receipt of complete information. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
When the Clock Starts
The 5 working days are counted from the point at which you have provided all the financial details the report needs — not from the date of payment. This is not a technicality: the analysis cannot begin without the inputs, so a report cannot be produced from a payment alone.
You are told at the outset exactly what is required, and you are told when the last of it has arrived and the clock has started. If something is missing you are asked for it promptly rather than left waiting, and time spent waiting on a reply from you does not count towards the 5 days.
If Delivery Is Delayed
If your report cannot be delivered within the stated time, you will be told before that deadline passes, with the reason and a revised date. If it cannot be delivered at all, you receive a full refund under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If Your Report Does Not Arrive
Email attachments occasionally land in a spam or promotions folder — please check there first. If it still has not reached you, write to amol@investfirst.co.in or call the number in the business details below, and it will be re-sent.
