No Bank Pays Me Anything. You Do.

That is exactly why a Loan Planning Report can tell you the loan is too big, the lender is the wrong one, or that you should not borrow at all.

Ask About Your Loan

This is a question, not an order. Tell me about the loan you are considering and I will reply with what your report will cover and exactly what it will cost.

A rough figure is enough. It is needed because whether you can afford the EMI is the first thing the report works out.

Are You Already Paying Off a Loan? *

No payment is taken on this page and no card details are ever asked for. The scope and the exact fee are confirmed by email before any payment is requested.

What Is Inside Your Report

A written analysis of your loan, sent to you as a PDF. It answers seven questions about the borrowing you are considering, with the full working shown so you can check every number in it.

Can You Actually Afford This EMI?

What the EMI will really take out of your monthly income once your existing loans are counted too. Shown in rupees and as a percentage, against the limits lenders themselves use when they decide whether to give you the loan.

How Many Years Should You Take It For?

A longer loan means a smaller EMI and a much bigger total cost. You will see exactly what each extra year saves you every month and what it costs you overall, at several different tenures side by side, so you can see where stretching it stops being worth it.

Fixed or Floating — Which Costs You Less?

The same loan worked out both ways, then worked out again for rates going up, staying flat and coming down. Nobody can predict rates. The point is to show you how much of your outcome depends on a prediction, so you can pick knowing that.

If You Pay a Lump Sum, Should the EMI Drop or the Years?

When you prepay, most lenders let you either reduce the EMI or shorten the loan — and the two are worth very different amounts. You will see the full working for your own numbers, not just the answer, so you can check every figure yourself.

What Will the Loan Cost You in Total?

The complete cost of the loan over its whole life, in rupees, for each structure considered. This is the number that makes the options comparable, and it is usually the number nobody has put in front of you.

Which Lender Is Actually the Cheapest?

A like-for-like comparison of the lenders open to you, on their published rates and processing fees — with the fees built into the real cost rather than left in the small print where they are easy to miss.

How Much Tax Will It Actually Save You?

What you can claim on the interest under Section 24(b) and on the principal under Section 80C, where the limits stop you, and what the loan therefore costs you after tax rather than before it.

Why No Bank Pays Me

No Bank, No NBFC, No Loan Agent Pays Me

For this service, no commission, no referral fee and no DSA payout is received from any bank, housing finance company or NBFC — not for an introduction, not for a completed sanction, not in any form and not at any stage. There is no arrangement with any lender, and no lender is owed a placement.

You Pay Me. Nobody Else Does.

The fee comes from you and only from you. That single fact is what lets the report say a lender is the wrong one, that the loan is bigger than it should be, or that the borrowing is not worth doing at all — conclusions that cost money to reach and pay nobody to write down.

How This Is Different From a Loan Agent

Most people arranging a loan in India are not paid by the borrower. They are paid by the lender, as a percentage of the amount sanctioned. That is a legitimate way to work, and it is worth knowing what it means for you:

  • Someone paid a percentage of your loan has no reason to suggest you borrow less, and a direct reason to suggest you borrow more.
  • Someone paid only when the loan completes has no reason to tell you not to take it. A deal that does not happen pays them nothing.
  • Someone with a panel of lenders is comparing the lenders that pay them — which is not the same list as the lenders available to you.

None of those pressures apply to a report you have already paid for. The fee is the same whether you take the loan, take a smaller one, or walk away.

Where I Do Earn Commission

Said plainly, because it cuts both ways. Mutual fund and insurance work is paid by commission — from the fund house or the insurer — and that is disclosed just as plainly in the Terms & Conditions. The claim on this page is about Loan Planning Reports specifically. It is not a claim about everything on this website.

What This Report Will Not Do

It Will Not Give You Investment Advice

A Loan Planning Report is about the loan. It contains no investment advice of any kind — nothing about shares, mutual funds, bonds, deposits or any other investment. That boundary is deliberate and it is not negotiable on request.

It Will Not Tell You Where to Put Spare Money

If your case leaves you with money spare, the report will not tell you what to do with it. It will not suggest where to invest it, and it will not weigh prepaying your loan against the returns some investment might have produced instead. That comparison is an investment recommendation wearing a loan calculation as a disguise, and it is not made here. The prepayment section deals only with interest saved on the loan itself.

It Is Not a SEBI-Registered Advisory Service

This is not a SEBI-registered advisory service and is not offered as one. Amol Deshmukh is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor, holding ARN-220322, and is not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser. If you want advice on investments tailored to your circumstances, that is a separately regulated role — please consult a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser.

It Cannot Get You the Loan

Whether you are given a loan, on what terms, at what rate and for how much is the lender's decision alone. Nothing in the report influences it, no application is submitted on your behalf, and no outcome is promised or implied. A lender may turn you down, or offer terms different from any in the report, for reasons of its own.

What It Costs You

All fees are in Indian Rupees. The range reflects how much work your case needs — one straightforward loan sits at the lower end, a case with several lenders, existing borrowings or joint applicants sits at the higher end.

Car Loan Study

₹2,000 to ₹5,000

Home Loan Structuring Study

You Agree the Fee Before You Pay Anything

You are never asked to pay an amount you have not already agreed to. After your enquiry, the exact fee is confirmed to you by email — a single figure, not a range — together with what your report will cover. Payment is asked for only after you have that email and have accepted the figure in it. GST is not currently applicable, so the amount quoted to you is the amount you pay.

If You Change Your Mind

Cancellation is free with a full refund before work begins, and the terms after that point are set out in full in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it before you pay anything.
